Payments and payouts
Who receives the customer's money?
For online orders, payment is routed through Stripe to the venue's connected account. For pay-at-venue orders, you charge the guest directly with your existing terminal or cash register.
What happens if a customer cancels?
Staff can cancel an eligible order from the order board. If it was paid online, Grabilio requests the refund through the same payment provider and records the result on the order.
Are there fees after the pilot?
During the pilot, the monthly fee and Grabilio commission are both €0. The platform's current standard commission after the pilot is 0% for orders paid online; any future offer is confirmed with you before it applies.
Hardware and POS
Do I need a new POS or hardware?
No. Grabilio works as a standalone live orders board on a browser. You do not need a POS integration, new terminal or app installation for the pilot.
Orders and preparation
Can I pause orders during service?
Yes. Staff can pause ordering for the venue and quickly hide unavailable products when the kitchen or bar needs breathing room.
What does staff see?
Staff see paid orders, pickup times or table numbers, items, modifiers, notes and clear Received, Preparing and Ready controls.
Is this a delivery marketplace?
No. Grabilio is for direct pickup and order-at-table service. It does not add delivery riders or turn the venue into a marketplace listing.
