These Terms of Service govern your use of the Grabilio website and ordering service. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
By using Grabilio to browse venues or place an order you confirm that you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Grabilio lets you order ahead for pickup or order from your table at participating venues. The venue, not Grabilio, prepares and is responsible for your food and drinks.
When you place an order you make an offer to the venue, which is confirmed once payment succeeds. Prices, availability and opening hours are set by the venue and may change.
Orders are paid in advance. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never store your full card details. The total shown at checkout is calculated and confirmed by our servers.
If a venue cannot fulfil your order it may cancel it and your payment will be refunded. Refund timing depends on your payment provider.
You agree to provide accurate information, to collect pickup orders at the chosen time, and to use the service lawfully and only for genuine orders.
Grabilio provides the ordering platform “as is”. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for the quality of food and drinks, which is the responsibility of the venue fulfilling your order.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version always applies to new orders, and the “last updated” date above reflects the latest change.
